Your Key Tasks & Responsibilities:
You will be situated within a program organization, which forms the interface between Sales, Operations, Purchasing, and Supply Chain Management of Schaeffler’s Industrial Division Asia Pacific.
Your goal is to support translation of management targets into projects, schedules, and actionable steps, ensuring that projects are executed according to their timeline and requirements, by means of program and project management methods.
Our projects are developed regionally, starting with data/business analysis involving ideation, design thinking and business issue identification, over problem solving and stakeholder management to timely execution and support of functions at implementation.
Multi-Project Management (focus of 70%)
- Cascade focus topics to workstream leaders and offer status updates according to project management priorities
- Oversee the definition and communication of the governance and guidance of program
- Support project responsible in the stage gate process - ensure requirements and dashboards are met
- Challenge measure owners and key stakeholders with respect to consistency of data and timing of implementation, business impact, as well as target setting and target achievement process
- Steer and conclude performance checks with data analytics, validation, and accuracy
- Preparation of weekly review meetings on global level
- Conduct and monitor user trainings regarding guidance and governance
Sales and Marketing (up to 30%)
- Conduct research and business analyses
- Support Pricing functions on sales price variances and price harmonization efforts
- Liaise with agencies and vendors on marketing matters, campaigns implementation, and corporate giveaways
- Support implementation of marketing activities such as product launches, seminars, house fairs, tradeshows, etc. includes liaising with stakeholders on requirements
- Oversee and promote our company in trade shows, events as well as advertising campaigns
- Maintain accurate data records of current customer database
- Responsible for market and customer insights and reporting from campaigns

- Experience in project management, conceptualization, and planning
