Job Description

HR Support (Working Student / Intern)


Main Responsibilities:

  • Support HRM activities e.g upgrade of HR policy guidelines/ handbook, refresh new brand for HR templates, forms and decks, Learning & Development co-ordination and Talent Acquisition (TA) related activities in Asia (exclude China/India).
  • Work closely with TA partner to promote go to market hiring i.e direct sourcing, talent pipelining, early talent market research.
  • Assist in junior level hiring and ensure compliance with TAFEP.
  • Assist in consolidation of hiring statistics and other relevant HRM data for government bodies.
  • Operational tasks/logistic support for the HR team.
  • Undertake any relevant tasks as may be directed by the superior from time to time.

Requirements:

  • Min diploma or degree in human resource or business-related field
  • 1-year experience in HR or recruitment is preferred
  • Entry level candidates are welcome
  • Excellent command / highly proficient in spoken and written English
  • Understanding of Japanese would be advantageous.
  • Open minded with "can do" attitude
