Analytics CoE Trainee
Sanofi Singapore is seeking a Trainee to join the BOOST Analytic Center of Excellence - the transformation program of the Controlling function at Sanofi.
The BOOST Analytic Center of Excellence Traineeship provides fresh graduate with training opportunities within controlling and exposure to financial planning and analysis in the Asia Pacific region. Types of activities may include data analytics, project planning and financial planning systems enhancement. During his/her traineeship, the BOOST Analytic COE trainee will establish relationships with peers and leaders, learn finance fundamentals and be provided feedback from the program manager.
The Trainees will gain exposure to the following functional areas:
- Finance Project Management
- Data Analysis
- Work in international and innovative environment
Interact with Management, build relationships with other employees across the globe and make a difference in BOOST future success
Specific Responsibilities:
- Participate in cross-functional project teams within finance controlling
- Assist in the creation of world class internal processes in financial planning and analysis (BOOST Standard Core Model)
- Support Asia markets in the adoption of new way of working related to the Analytic COE
- Contribute to the communication of the activities to the stakeholders (Processes, RACI, KPIS, issues, etc.)
- Contribute and follow up the integration of Industrial Affairs FP&A activities to COE by end of 2021

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or Engineering required
Project management experience, data analysis, change management, best practice translation, and process improvement experience is ideal
Analytical, process-oriented with a keen interest to drive continuous improvements: a can-do attitude
Ability to work out of comfort zone
Team spirit, active listening
Interpersonal Skills – ability to network and communicate with various functions
