This exciting position will be supporting the Managing Director in automating and developing systems and processes to improve the organization. You will work closely with the Managing Director and learn entrepreneurship and how to scale a business first hand. You will grow personally and professionally, and at the end of the internship, have a better understanding of how to run a business. Here are some of your responsibilities:
Business Analytics
- Serve as an analyst and study the current operations, system and processes of the organization.
- Diagnose and recommend solutions to improve business performance and automate manual work.
- Assist the MD to establish a communication channels between departments.
- Monitor systems usage and identify where changes to business process may be needed.
Reporting
- Determine business reporting requirements and develop a reporting system that improves organizational performance.
- Key lead in data analytics; collect, analyze, and summarize.
- Identify trends and opportunities to improve performance/results across KPI’s
- Present solutions/ recommendations to influence and drive business decisions.
Systems Administration
- Improve systems by studying current practices; designing modifications.
- Construct templates for various departments for operational efficiency.
