Studio Assistant


 

Receptionist Duties (Customer Service)

  1. Receive and welcome parents, students and walk-ins.
  2. Conduct temp screening and hands sanitisation for students.
  3. Take attendance of students.
  4. Assist in management of students who are waiting in reception for class, ensuring orderly entry/exit to studios and behaviour in reception.
  5. Attend to all general enquiries and bookings through walk-ins and email.
  6. Communicate and follow-up with parents/students/potential students through calls, WhatApps and email on enrolment matters.

Administrative Duties

  • Support enrolment and workshop registrations.
  • Compile enrolment data.
  • Data entry of registration forms.
  • Collect signatures for inventoried items from parents.
  • Assist with payment codes and liaise with CSO.
  • Assist in the execution for events conducted by the studio, or that the studio participates.
  • Stock up flyers, term schedules, and forms.
  • Assist with stock and inventory check.
  • Help with general cleaning (of paint and art items).
  • Supervise queue for washing up and drying stations.
  • Assist with toilet break for students.
  • Photo taking of the art work for marketing purposes.

The nature of the job requires that the candidate possess:

  • Interpersonal skills
  • Good verbal and written communications
  • Extremely organised and attention to details
  • Resourceful
  • Adaptable
  • Able to manage young children from 4 – 12 years old will be a bonus
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word.

Able and willing to work on weekends only

Working hours: 8.30am – 5.30pm (1-hr break)
