- Own and manage our internal communications - newsletters, social media channels etc. through ideation and execution
- Support the development and execution of social and digital media content
- Help with day-to-day monitoring for topics and trends
- Develop and brainstorm new concepts, ideas and solutions with the team
- Conduct social listening and reporting with tools, providing insight and observations
- Help with social media and digital campaign reporting, providing insight and analysis
- Assist on paid media buys and planning (when needed)
- Research work and any other ad-hoc duties
