Job Description
- To assist in the preparation and execution work in relation to the Emerging Enterprise Award
- To support all other business advisory services (e.g. business consulting, due diligence and etc.)
- To assist in the research, going through financial reports and analysis work
- To assist in all preparation and execution work in relation to Merger & Acquisition transactions
- Knowledge of financial modeling an advantage
- Ability to multi-task and work extra hours as required during the duration of the project
- Strong interest in Merger & Acquisition as well as research work
Pre-requisites:
- Finance/Accountancy/Business Management undergraduate
- Knowledge of Microsoft Applications
- Possess initiative
- Good interpersonal and organizational skills
