Job Description
- Performing basic office tasks, such as filing, date entry, answering phones, ect.
- Handling communications with internal staffs and vendors via phone, email.
- Reconciliation the bank transaction daily.
- Checking the accounting documents prepared by third party.
- Preparing the payment voucher
- Assisting with audits
- to handle system i.e Xero, Payboy and Edgework (training will be provided)
