Rooma is a fast growing home services business that provides essential home-related services, such as housekeeping, aircon servicing, moving, and pest control, across Singapore. To date, we have provided over 30,000 hours of services with a fleet of more than 40 crew who are directly employed to our company. Job Description

As our Product & Growth Intern, you are mainly responsible for facilitating our tech & product development for both Rooma and Blue. You will be given the opportunity to be involved in the end-to-end product development process and work with different stakeholders in product, engineering, design and marketing. As we operate in a lean environment, you have a strong prospect of influencing and shaping our product for our users.

Scope of work:

Product Management

● Conduct User Research, tabulate findings, and explain how these findings should shape our product development process

● Conduct Usability Testings, tabulate findings, and create tasks for our product development team within our product management framework

● Create effective documentation for our product, for both our own internal and external users

● Perform product demos to customers, capture user insights, and document them into actionable plans for the team

● Write Release notes, for both internal and external circulation

● Manage both the iOS & Play Store listings

● Collaborate with designers and find ways to improve customer experience and business ROI

 

Marketing & Growth

● Work on various product marketing efforts such as offline marketing, social media marketing and EDMs

● Manage the businesses’ online distribution channels such as internal & external ecommerce stores (ie. Lazada & Shopee), and our businesses websites

 

What do I need?

● Candidates who are available from August 2022 to December 2022 (Flexible working arrangements can be considered)

● A product owner’s mindset - strong ownership mentality over the products that we are building

● Ability to empathize with users and stakeholders, with a strong desire to resolve their pain points

● Knowledge of UI/UX design or design tools such as figma, canva, illustrator, sketch, webflow, balsamiq, or Adobe XD is a bonus
