Rohde & Schwarz Asia Pte Ltd – Intern, Project Management

Responsibilities:

•  Assist project management team in coordination of resources, meetings, information and equipment.
•  Maintenance and handling of project documentation (personnel access clearance, classified information)
•  Organizing, participation and information consolidation in project meetings
•  Organizing and coordination of site activities with project stakeholders (internal & external)
•  Responsible for monitoring and timely maintenance of project inventory deliverables
•  Provision of administrative support (preparation of project documents
•  Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Requirements:

•  Fresh graduate/diploma in engineering discipline
•  Ability to provide clear reports
•  Displays initiative in situational adaptation to solve problems
•  Able to build strong inter-personnel relationships
•  Effective coordination, time management and organization skills
•  Meticulous and possess a sense of urgency in completing tasks and projects on time
•  Good interpersonal and communication skills
