Tax

· Assist in the preparation of Tax Newsletter

o Collating relevant information from IBFD and PwC newsletter

o Inputting the edited information into the newsletter

o Updating the newsletter

o Creating a new newsletter template (if required)

 

· Assist in the preparation of Withholding Tax (WHT)

o Filling up the working file for filing of WHT

o Filling up the ODE Import template

o Uploading the WHT payable onto the S45 Offline Data Entry using the ODE template

o Completing the payment request forms

o Compiling of COPs and filing it to Germany and Netherlands

o At the start of a new year, request for COR for the year from Germany and Netherlands

 

· Assist in the preparation of GST

o Retrieving information from SAP and inputting it into the GST template

o Maintaining the GST template

· Assist in the preparation of Tax Computations (CIT)

o Gathering information and calculate the tax payable

 

· Transfer Pricing Global Documentation

o Track documents (via excel) uploaded into PwC’s CCP

o Save final reports into S drive

 

· Provide assistance on other administrative matters as required from time to time

 

Foreign Trade

· Collate Customs Duties data and information (Foreign Trade statistics)

o Send reminders for submission (monthly)

o Updating the exchange rate for every documents in SharePoint

o Checking for irregularities

o Inputting the information in SharePoint (if required)

· Foreign Trade Statistics Report (Half Year/Full Year)

o Gathering charts from the foreign trade statistics

o Creating a PowerPoint for the charts

 

· Provide assistance on other administrative matters as required from time to time

 

Team Meeting

Update the Team Meeting Excel List after every team meeting

 

Qualifications

 

Requirements

· Able to work full time/part-time for a period of 3 months (June-August 2022)

· Undergraduate studies in Accountancy

  • You hold a Student Pass issued by the Immigration and Checkpoints Authority (ICA).

  • The internship is under an industrial attachment programme conducted by your university or educational institution. The industrial attachment can be either compulsory or elective but it must contribute towards your graduation requirements.
