Job Description

Main Information: 

This internship is expected to commence from 14 October 2019 for a period of up to 6 months. 

Main Responsibilities:

• Involvement in product marketing responsibilities with focus on defining programs to meet market specific requirements
• Coordinate communication concepts and application material, cross-referencing against OE & competitor parts
• Learn and assist in Product management ; follow up operational tasks
• Support in project management and conduct market intelligence
• Organize meetings, workshops and events
• Support in internal management reporting & data analysis
• Build up market / FAS data to increase market coverage
• Other administrative tasks on ad-hoc basis

Qualifications

• Mature, motivated, takes initiative, and strong willingness to learn
• Able to understand complex concepts quickly and develop proposals
• Proficient in Excel, Powerpoint (Advanced formula and Pivot table know-how is a must)
• SAP and PowerBI knowledge is a plus
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Interest & knowledge in automotive industry; experience with data analytics – is a plus
• Preferably undergraduate in either or Business, Statistics, Marketing, Engineering. Able to work in a multinational environment
•  Able to work independently with high level of responsibility to complete tasks in a timely manner
• • Applicant must be enrolled throughout internship period, or plan to pursue further studies 
• For foreign students studying in Singapore on Student's Pass, you must fulfill the following requirements to be able to do full-time internship during the school term: 
  • You are a full-time matriculated or registered student in one of the approved institutions. 
  • You hold a Student Pass issued by the Immigration and Checkpoints Authority (ICA). • 
  • The internship is under an industrial attachment programme conducted by your university or educational institution. • For foreign students studying overseas, you must be eligible for the Work Holiday Programme (WHP) 
  • Between 18 to 25 years old (inclusive) as of date of WHP application

  • University recognized by the government of the respective countries
