We are offering an internship within the Marketing and Business Coordination department of the Bosch Automotive Aftermarket Asia Pacific Southeast, based in Singapore. Our focus is to provide business solution in terms of marketing data excellence, processes, packaging solutions and product communication to various Business Units, Sales and Trade Marketing within the Automotive Aftermarket.
Job Description
Supporting and co-ordination of marketing data & systems, processes, packaging and product communications, which includes
- Project Management: Product development project tracking and monthly sales report preparation
- Product Communication: developing communication materials (print or visual media), maintaining data in media database and frequent communication with external agency and internal product managers
- Marketing data & systems: supporting data maintenance & download in SAP platform, intensive data analysis using Microsoft tool and co-ordinating the monthly update of error management system
- Packaging: packaging system data maintenance/analysis and packaging project support
- Support Country Approval Manager for ad-hoc task (e.g. power point presentation)
Qualifications
Student in IT, Business, Communication or Marketing with interests in Automotive industry
- Able to work full time for a period of 6 months
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Access, PowerPoint, PowerBI
- Speak fluent English and work in a multinational environment
- Multi task and work independently
- Good interpersonal skills
- Fulfill the visa requirements for employment in Singapore (www.mom.gov.sg)

- Applicant must be enrolled throughout internship period, or plan to pursue further studies
- For foreign students studying in Singapore on Student's Pass, you must fulfill the following requirements to be able to do full-time internship during the school term:
- You are a full-time matriculated or registered student in one of the approved institutions.
- You hold a Student Pass issued by the Immigration and Checkpoints Authority (ICA).
- The internship is under an industrial attachment programme conducted by your university or educational institution. The industrial attachment can be either compulsory or elective but it must contribute towards your graduation requirements.
