Job Description
Main Responsibilities
- Provide support to the Project Manager
- Complete data analysis, database creation and clean up, and project record creation and reconciliation for use in project tasks
- Track project tasks and ensure that it is within the timeline
- Schedule, Conduct and Participate in weekly, monthly and quarterly project meeting
- Provide the highest standard of customer service to internal and external partners and stakeholders; and
- Perform projects, tasks and other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
Qualifications
Requirements:
- Diploma, Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Computer skills enough to operate on-line systems and Microsoft Office
- Oral and written communication skills
- Good Working Attitude
- Have at least Python or Bash, preferably with Linux OS experience
- Applicant must be enrolled throughout internship period, or plan to pursue further studies
- For foreign students studying in Singapore on Student's Pass, you must fulfill the following requirements to be able to do full-time internship during the school term:
- You are a full-time matriculated or registered student in one of the approved institutions.
- You hold a Student Pass issued by the Immigration and Checkpoints Authority (ICA).
- The internship is under an industrial attachment programme conducted by your university or educational institution. The industrial attachment can be either compulsory or elective but it must contribute towards your graduation requirements.
