Data and Reports generation : Analyst
1.1) Position 1:
- Manage Customer Backlog (CBL) data for Asia Pacific countries to generate weekly CBL report
- Track data quality activities and work with Sales Logistics Customer Interface Team to support top management on CBL progress
- Use advanced functions in MS Excel to compile large dataset
- Maintain PowerBi dashboard and provide recommendations to improve current reporting
1.2) Position 2:
- Customer order rebooking
- Customer Relation Management (CRM) reporting
- Potential Billing for Sales Turnover
- Track obsolete material number in CBL report
2) Support internal Sales with all relevant requests
3) Administrative task
- Assist in preparation of presentation slides
- Assist with organisation and planning of Customer Service Unit (CSU) meetings and event such as Training and special events
- Support with creation of Customer Survey
- Preparation of slides for CSU
Qualifications
- Applicants must have proficiency in Excel & PowerBI
- Applicant must be enrolled throughout internship period, or plan to pursue further studies
- Able to commit for a period of six months, starting from 6th April to 5th October 2020.
- For foreign students studying in Singapore on Student's Pass, you must fulfill the following requirements to be able to do full-time internship during the school term:
- You are a full-time matriculated or registered student in one of the approved institutions.
- You hold a Student Pass issued by the Immigration and Checkpoints Authority (ICA).
