Job Description
- Sales planning – overall coordination for on-time and accurate input into system
- Reporting with visualizations & reporting (Sales Management & P&L Dashboards)
- Implementation of new features & visualization in Power BI
- Coordination for requirements gathering & continuous improvement
- Support with analysis, data preparation & other ad-hoc projects
- Support in month-end reporting and year-end closing activities
Qualifications
- Motivated & strong interest in analytics
- Structured and analytical thinking, able to deep-dive into problems & present possible solutions
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Accounting/Finance background is preferred
- Experience in visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau or Qlik is a plus (not definite, we can train him/her up in Power BI)
- For foreign students studying in Singapore on Student's Pass, you must fulfil the following requirements to be able to do full-time internship during the school term:
- You are a full-time matriculated or registered student in one of the approved institutions.
- You hold a Student Pass issued by the Immigration and Checkpoints Authority (ICA).
- The internship is under an industrial attachment programme conducted by your university or educational institution.
