Job Description

Responsibilities

1. Statistical analysis and reporting

  • Market research on all 10 ASEAN countries and AE product specific technologies
  • Creation of presentations for strategic decision making
  • Researches in the context of the big trends in the automotive industry (e.g. electric, autonomous vehicles…)

2. Project management

Independent project work:

  • Collection of information/data from the respective business divisions and partners
  • Evaluation and analysis on correctness of received information
  • Creation of project and reports and status analysis
  • Arrange meetings with business partners
  • Conduct internet and market research
  • Presentation of project status to external parties if necessary

Project support:

  • Support in creating documents for strategic decision making
  • Organization and coordination of project meetings incl. Invitation, participation and follow up
  • Regular maintenance and update of project data; incl. follow up of open points
  • Preparation of PowerPoint presentations

3. Event Management:

  • Organization and moderation of own events, meeting and workshops
  • Handling of agency and other parties

4. Independent handling of routine and ad-hoc tasks


Required Skills

  • Student enrolled in polytechnic/university studies
  • Very good verbal and written skills
  • Detailed-oriented with excellent organization skills
  • Good communication skills with confidence
  • Solid knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
  • Independent
  • High flexibility and adaptability
