RIMM is looking for a sustainability intern to join our Education & Content team, which is part of our Sustainability Solutions department. This is a new role that has been created to support the development of ESG-related materials, as well as develop innovative ideas for RIMM’s sustainability education and training programs that target companies and professionals. Key Responsibilities:
· Close collaboration with Sustainability Solutions team to design and develop education content for our various projects and courses on ESG-related themes
· Conduct research on sustainability trends, sustainable finance, sustainable investing, and ESG reporting standards and present key findings in written and oral form
· Support in the development of webinars and engagement activities in the evolving sustainability space, catering to a wide range of business and sustainability needs across our different partners and clients
· Oversight and responsibility for producing RIMM blog and other publicity content on sustainability-related topics
· Contribute to the development of exciting new projects and engage closely with other teams
Experience and Competencies:
· Ideally pursuing an undergraduate degree in sustainability, environment, communications, business, or data
· 0-2 years’ experience in content/communication/sustainability roles; experience in organizing in-person/online seminars or workshops would be an added advantage
· Excellent English language writing and communication skills, with strong ability to piece together educational content in innovative ways
· Strong MS Office skills, especially with Excel, PowerPoint, Google Spreadsheets and Google Slides; competencies in writing, video editing, presentation, content creation and/or design would be an added advantage
· Proactive with excellent time management, communication and organizational skills
Fresh graduates and/or current undergraduates based in Singapore who are able to make a full-time commitment of 3-9 months are preferred.
