Job Description

Human Resources Intern (3-6 Months)


  • Post job advert, filtering resume and process interview with the candidates
  • Prepare the induction programme for new joiners
  • Preparing HR data for analysis purpose
  • Ensure proper filing and updating in the HR system
  • Maintain Employee handbook & HR Policy
  • Assist in attending employees’ enquiries
  • Participate in organizing company events
  • Assist in training administrative, liaise with internal & external trainer for the training course and source for new vendor

Qualifications

  • Diploma / Degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
  • Having basic knowlegde on using MS Office.
  • Opportunity to participate process improvement project.
