Business Development Manager

About The Job

We are looking for an ambitious Business Development Manager to drive expansion and create growth opportunities across the Singapore and South East Asian market. This includes prospecting franchise relationships and joint venture partners, working closely with the marketing team for lead conversion to sell franchises and developing the sales pipeline from sale through to opening, including ancillary products to support growth and performance of each franchise.

The ideal candidate is energetic and enthusiastic and a true born salesman. They are well presented with unbelievable relationship building and influencing skills. Customer focused, our Franchise Sales Manager will be able to successfully guide prospective Franchise owners through the Sales process.

Responsibilities

Manage the entire franchise process from lead conversion all the way to a successful signing while maintaining brand and company standards

Set processes and programs to follow through on marketing leads, as well as create their own leads, screen and track potential franchise owners.

Take full ownership of the provided leads, build strong rapport and relationships with prospective franchisees.

Thoroughly qualify leads and cultivate prospects into motivated and successful franchisees.

Act as the key liaison point between franchisees and legal to ensure a smooth process as they come on board.

Be a core part of the team working individually and as a group to hit targets and goals.

Act as Brand Ambassador

Speak passionately and knowledgeably about the brand and business, follow the sales process with prospective franchisees thoroughly

Act as a partner to the Franchise Support and Performance teams to ensure optimized on-boarding and performance for new franchisees.

Requirements

2+ years of experience leading franchise sales or equivalent sales experience

Proven record of sales success with a high investment solution

Unbelievable relationship building and networking skills

Knowledge of laws related to franchising and sale of business

Ability to plan and set priorities to achieve business objectives

Strong business acumen skills with an ability to build and analyze basic financial models

Presentation / Public Speaking skills

Excellent time management and organizational skills

Ability to think and act quickly and effectively under pressure while maintaining a calm, professional attitude

Ability to work remotely, as regular travel will be required
