Customer Success Manager (High-growth Startup)
We are looking for a hands-on Customer Success Manager with previous customer service experience. Join our small but fast growing team and help us to further scale Reebelo:
- Become a key team-member in our Customer Happiness team
- Assist our Customer Service department with after Sales topics, with a problem solving mindset
- Communicate between customers and our vendors
- Hands-on answering of Service Level 2 requests (e.g. order status, questions regarding payment problems, warranty claims
- Monitor and manage order fulfillment by our vendors
- Be responsible for our customer happiness across APAC
- S$ 2,300 – 2,900 per month
Your background
