Rednova is a Singapore-based professional business consulting company. We work closely with a handful of international corporations to provide services in fields such as marketing, legal, compliance, as well as financial advisory. As our business expands to Taiwan, UAE and India, we are looking for a professional who can coordinate among our local and overseas teams to provide all the necessary supports.
Job brief
This position mainly involves negotiation and liaison with internal and external teams to ensure that our business expansion is smooth and successful. As an OM, you will work with the management directly and may need to travel from time to time to attend to the overseas teams’ needs.
Responsibilities
- Liaise and negotiate with relevant internal and external teams to relay messages and understand their concerns
- Conduct researches to understand local business environments and legal requirements and represent findings to the management
- Travel to the locations of our overseas teams and provide on-spot assistance in times of need
- Keep track of our expansion plans and ensure the deadlines are met
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned by the management
Requirements
- Experiences in team coordination and firm operation
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills in both English and Mandarin (both verbal and written)
- Familiar with Microsoft Office
- Detail-oriented while able to keep the big picture in mind
- Able to work under stress and be multitasking
