Job content:

  • Responsible for customer information analysis and customer demand research of target industry;
  • Responsible for market expansion and maintaining good customer relations;
  • Collect and analyze detailed information of recruitment needs from the client and implement effective recruitment actions;
  • Accurately communicate client recruitment needs, interview and evaluate candidates, and identify suitable candidates through effective job matching;
  • Have a deep understanding of the real needs of the company and be able to give reasonable Suggestions based on the characteristics of the industry, the company and the position.
