Job Description
Temp Human Resource Assistant - Recruitment/ Central (No exp)
Job Scope:
- Drafting and posting of job advertisements to attract potential candidates
- Screening, shortlisting and interviewing of candidates to determine suitability
- Arranging and preparing candidates for interviews
- Administering of contracts signing and follow through on employee benefits
- Handle incoming calls and enquiries to the department
- Coordinate the HR onboarding process and paperwork
- Any ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Min. A level, Diploma or Bachelor Degree any field of study
- Team player and able to work independently as well
- No prior experience needed as training will be provided
