Duration of Traineeship: 6 months
Monthly Trainee Allowance: $2500
Involve in business development such as doing telemarketing to build up the customer’s database
Assist in companies’ recruitment needs
Working towards targets based on individuals and achieve the level of satisfaction
Offer advice to companies on market trend, labour market supply and pay rates
Giving of constructive feedbacks to the company
Drafting up of advertisements in job portals such as online portals or newspaper to assist in Internal recruitment
Arranging of interviews and collecting constructive feedback from the candidates once they have finished the interview with the company once the shortlisted candidates went through the interview so they can know the candidate’s interest level
Answering of enquiries from applicants
1 to 1 Mentorship program designed specially for individual consultants
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Requirements:
Min. Degree (in any disciple) from recognized institutions
Positive, enthusiastic and self-driven individuals
Proficient in interpersonal communication
Active participation in sports or school activities is an added advantage
No prior experience is required as training is included!
