Under the tutelage of an experienced consultant you will be trained in the following:
- Matching candidates to required roles using various tools
- Screening & short listing of candidates for clients’ interviews
- Managing and providing consultancy to candidates on employment queries- Interview coordination and job offer
- Maintaining clear and accurate database of candidates
