Your role is to handle all recruitment needs within the organization and to ensure that all job requirements are met in a timely manner
Job Scope
- Interviewing and recommending suitable candidates to ensure recruitment needs are met
- Posting advertisements to attract suitable applicants
- Coordinate interviews and preparing of offer letters
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs
- Provide career counselling as and where necessary
