Rebound with Resilience is a social enterprise, training company and podcast committed to raising the resilience and mental wellness of our nation. We conduct workshops and talks in schools and organizations and also work with people with disabilities to do speaking and training. We specialize in niche training programmes around resilience, mindset and mental health, and also strongly believe in synergy of online content with face to face programmes.
Primary Roles
-Business development: generation of leads through networking and research into new markets
-Secure sales of training programmes to schools, learning institutions and organizations.
-Execute sales calls, emails and appointments
-Drafting and sending training proposals with guidance
Secondary Roles (optional: to be discussed on interest and need)
-Conduct/Assist in training in schools and organizations
-Content marketing (article writing)
-Social media engagement and content creation (copywriting and basic design)
Competencies and Values
-Passion/Interest in training & youth development
-Good interpersonal skills (communication, empathy and sales)
-Good writing skills
-Possess a growth mindset and value mentorship
-Works well with autonomy and able to generate ideas independently
-Prior experience in sales preferred, but not compulsory (coaching will be provided)
-Able to put people before profit
-Bonus skill sets: Basic design, copywriting and editing skills
Details of Internship
Duration: 3 months minimum (July to Sep), with option of extension (full time preferred, but part- time prorated salary can be discussed on a strong case)
Location of work: Work from home arrangement
Salary: $600-800 base with commission on sales made
