Job Description

As a venture builder, REAPRA constantly seeks to discover promising business fields and industries to develop sustainable businesses with long-term potentials. This role will be focused on providing support to the People Dynamics (PD) research team.

As a human and social sciences intern in REAPRA, your exposure will include:

  • Conducting literature search and reviews
  • Designing research instruments
  • Data collection and analyses, including developing and implementing data analyses, data collection systems, and other strategies that optimize efficiency and quality
  • Transcribing interviews
  • Organizing research data
  • Preparation of research reports, publications and presentations
  • Other tasks as assigned by the Research Lead and Chief Research Officer

Qualifications:

  • Experience in conducting or supporting literature reviews and social science research
  • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate programme with a concentration in a related field (e.g. Psychology, Education, Social Sciences)
  • Experience with either qualitative or quantitative methods; mixed methods is an advantage
  • Fluent written, spoken, and reading capability in English
  • Proficient in MS office
  • Proficient in at least one data analysis software (e.g. SPSS, NVivo)
