The Real Madrid Foundation Football School in Singapore provides football training for children and youth aged 6 to 16 years old. The school seeks to develop players and leaders on and off the field with the methods and soul of Real Madrid. Our coaching team is lead by experienced and highly qualified Real Madrid Foundation Technical Directors based in Singapore.
Role & Responsibility
-Support as assistant coaches for coaching youth and children football under the supervision of the technical director
-Assist technical director in daily operations in the office and at training locations. Usually between 5pm-8pm, Monday to Saturday, and sometimes Sunday.
-Support community management. Liase with players and their families to attain a higher customer service level.
-produce marketing and social media content to engage with the community and public
-compilation of work flow and standard operating procedures for business processes
Requirement
-Highly passionate about sports, in particular football, and education of youth and children.
-Disciplined, responsible and motivated individuals with good attitude.
-Capacity and interest to learn
-Good communication and interpersonal skills
-Adaptable and flexible with changing demands
