Job Description
- Engagement with patients in advising about HealthierSG enrolment (either F2F or via calls)
- Assisting to enrol patients to HealthierSG
- Assisting patients to express interest to HealthierSG via RafflesConnect app if they are not eligible for enrolment yet.
- Calling patients to help make their appointments at clinics for enrolment.
- Tracking their sign ups to HealthierSG.
