Job Description

Areas of Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level support to RHG APAC businesses on all day-to-day HR matters in the course of business operations 
  • Manage and execute routine HR queries and transactions in a prompt and professional manner
  • Carry out HR transactional matters in accordance to approved policies and procedures and within prescribed timelines
  • Update HR Knowledge Base and employee handbooks and policies, support in HR events and conduct new joiners’ induction programme
  • Contribute to continuous improvement through improvement projects, work simplifications, etc. to achieve better efficiency Maintain employees’ personal files and archive for easy retrieval and update employee data on HRIS systems
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders on non-routine queries and requests and any other duties assigned from time to time

  • Stakeholder management – as part of the HR team, you will have the opportunities to interact with internal and external stakeholders of various levels
  • Understand and experience working in the hospitality industry
  • Recruitment and Selection – Ability to Identify and source candidates, understanding the recruitment process and life cycle 
  • HR Operations – Ability to deal with general HR matters and understanding of required HR activities needed in an organisation 

Ideal Fit

  • Undergraduates who specialize in Business / HRM / Psychology / Hospitality or equivalent
  • A strong team player who is matured and can handle customer relationships with integrity and professionalism Advance MS Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • High learning agility with strong adaptability skills and creative ideas and perspectives
  • Strong verbal and written English
  • Able to handle and manage projects and daily operations
