Our client (Luxury) is seeking for a (Repair) Administrative Coordinator to work closely with the department manager and team in delivering a high level of after sales service and support to the stores in South Asia. Job Description

Admin Coordinator | 1 Year Contract | West

  • To perform assessment, in and out registration of repair merchandise
  • Execute daily operational processes and workshop flows
  • Attend to queries on repair schedule and update on repair status and quotations
  • Coordinate between central team and stores to facilitate repair enquiries and track repair status
  • Formalize intake processes, especially to facilitate the integration of new hires
  • Generate daily/ weekly/ monthly KPI reports

Job Requirements:

  • Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fast learner with an eye for detail

Additional Informations:

  • Working Location: Pioneer Road (Near Jurong Bird Park)
  • Working Schedule: Monday - Friday (9am - 6pm)
  • Contract Tenure: 12 months (Subject to renewal)
