We are looking for a Front-Office Intern to join us on a 3 to 6 month basis.
Role
Intern with the Trading and Research desk
Assist research team with looking at daily macroeconomic developments and their impact on crypto prices
Work with traders to fine-tune trading models and strategies
Develop systems to streamline the trading and booking process, including using smart contracts
Responsibilities
Responsible for daily macro market updates and overnight market summaries
Support the trading desk with weekly trading and risk calls
Monitor market moves and create notification alerts for outsized moves and unusual trade activity for the desk
Build using TradingView and Bloomberg terminal trading strategy/indicator systems
Our Ideal Candidate
Strong macroeconomic conceptual knowledge
Deep interest and basic understanding of various crypto markets and mechanisms including DeFi and NFT markets, and crypto derivative markets like perpetual swaps, futures and options
Proficient in Excel
Basic coding experience in Python/R preferred
Willingness to immerse in Tableau and Solidity coding
Comfortable working in a start-up culture with a flat structure and open and flexible working concept
