Job Description

Co-ordinate operational work-streams across APAC markets and support the regional operations team, in delivery of multiple work streams in order to meet client expectations. Support the delivery of timely and accurate reporting, and new ways of working with the client team, ensuring that process is being adhered to.

South East Asia Insights and tools (50%)

  • Client meeting contact reports, and timely response to clients
  • Quality checks on data and reports from markets and in client's tools, to ensure that the data is accurate
  • Support the team in the management and operation of briefs; including organisation of regular connects with SEA client team’s co-ordinating market involvement and deliverables.
  • Full hands-on working knowledge of tools and systems for client
  • Supporting on Tracking campaign planning and progress. 
    • Tracking local market campaign planning across regionally led brands
    • Creation of regular updates of local market progress and work stream development on each ongoing regionally led project.

Support connection and operations across APAC markets (50%)

  • Help markets to manage connectivity to regional leads, and ensure that the global requests for reports and updates and sent in a timely manner.
  • Ensure smooth data and reporting across markets in APAC to centralized data hub
  • Support Strategy team in collection of data and insights to frame category strategies.
  • Support Local markets on key initiatives and ways of working with Global/ Regional teams on Digital and Data & Analytics

 Qualifications

Skills Required:

  • Preferred Experience: 0-2 years+ in digital roles
  • Strong academic performance and good performance in internship roles
  • High interest in working in the media industry
  • Critical for this role will be deep interest of digital media channels including deep interest of trends and advancements in technology
  • Excellent Communication skills and ability to influence others to deliver against common goals/requirements
  • Strong ability to learn  tools used for media planning and strategy
  • Excellent Attention to detail. Excellent excel and ppt. skills
