Business Development & Management Consulting Intern
As part of our growth, we are looking for dynamic, motivated interns keen to enter the consulting world. This intern will support various business leads on key client presentations, and get strong exposure to the consulting world.
Your responsibilities will include :
- Identify growth opportunities for PSYKHE across new markets and new service offerings
- Perform competitive research within the design and digital industry to improve and refine the PSYKHE proposition
- Identify strategic new business opportunities, prospective accounts, develop and nurture new leads
- Develop compelling proposals, point-of-view, thought leadership to engage potential prospects and position PSYKHE as the right partner for clients in the region
- Support with operations and marketing tasks as required
You are :
- A keen learner, with an interest for digital and consulting
- Great proposal building, client-facing, and pitching skills.
- Organized, meticulous and have an eye for detail
- An effective communicator, with strong verbal, written language skills
- Resourceful, with a high sense of ownership and drive
- Independent, unafraid to ask questions, and bring a strong can-do attitude
- A team player, collaborative and not afraid of challenging the status quo
- Able to work well in a fast-paced environment, and have a growth mindset
- Proficient with tools such as Microsoft Office, Gsuite
