About Propseller

Propseller’s mission is to help people achieve the most when making the biggest financial decision of their life: transacting real estate.

We are building the end-to-end real estate transaction platform, starting with the real estate agent service of the 21st century: a technology-powered real estate brokerage that is valuable, reliable, and fairly priced. To do that, we elevate the most human part of the service with top agents you can trust. Then, we industrialize all the rest with technology and centralized operations.

In August 2022, Propseller raised a US$12M Series A led by Vertex Ventures, the VC arm of Temasek and Series A lead investor of Grab. Propseller is backed by some of the best Venture Capital firms in the world including Vertex Ventures, ICCP-SBI, Partech, Iterative, Hustle Fund, Redbadge Pacific, Vulpes Ventures, Rapzo Capital, and more.

Job Description

This role has a high impact as you will identify trends and optimisation opportunities to see immediate results.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Project Management: Collect qualitative data to launch design processes from ideation to execution;
  • Stakeholder Management: Be the contact point between the Real Estate Consultants on the ground and the Operations and Sales Teams;
  • Data and Analysis: Prepare insightful reports and analysis to support our critical weekly sales meetings and facilitate collaboration between Sales and all other Propseller departments. Perform market research on trends in Real Estate, generating insights, and implementing them into current sales strategies;

Ideal Candidate

You are both personable and highly analytical, exemplifying the traits of an outgoing sales leader. You are energetic in personality, yet grounded in mind. You are more than comfortable discussing sales strategy with the Sales Managers on Monday, crunching numbers throughout Tuesday, and speaking with our Real Estate Consultants on Wednesday. Most of all, you are a strong communicator and are not afraid to challenge the status quo with your findings.

Requirements

  • Student at a leading university/school in the final year of studies in Business / Engineering / Real Estate course who has demonstrated outstanding achievements in academia and beyond;
  • Previous internship in sales teams or start-ups would be ideal;
  • Self-Driven: You take initiative and are able to work well independently;
  • Great communicator: Fluent in English and comfortable liaising with senior stakeholders;
  • Passionate about sales, start-ups, and helping a team elevate sales performance;
  • Quick Learner: It’s okay to not know everything but you are able to figure out what you miss and learn it quickly;
  • Empathy: You have a great ability to understand and embrace people’s differences and act appropriately;
  • Proficient in MS Office / Google Docs, especially with Excel / Sheets.
  • Able to commit either full-time or part-time for at least 6 months, with full-time for at least 3 months: Full-time working hours will be Monday to Friday (9 am - 6 pm), while part-time working hours will be at least 15 hours per week remotely or in the office.
