We are currently looking to expand our dynamic team and have the following position(s)to fill:

Job Description

We are looking for a coordinated individual who is able to organize the traffic between the clients, suppliers and ourselves, handling all things administrative.

If you think you have the ability to multitask, have amazing common sense and the determination to excel, then we have a position for you. Unlike a regular administrative post, this job requires you to step up and take on a more empowered role in providing our team with the backing they need.

Job Scope

• Ensure billing is performed timely and complete

• Ensure billing is performed according to financial and regulatory requirements

• Ensure billing invoice is accurately downloaded to respective client’ billing portal or disseminated timely to their designated address

• Working closely with Sales dept to ensure proper audit trail such as purchase order, signed quotation, delivery order

• Retention and archiving of documentation

• Work closely with auditors and provide support to customer’s enquiry

• Administrative duties & project coordination

• Handle incoming & outgoing phone calls, courier services, vendors & suppliers

• Filing and other administrative duties

• Open to rotation of duties

• Other ad-hoc duties
