Job Description
Your role as an Account Manager:
- An integration of functions and activities of quality control and customer service, in a new profession to meet the needs of recurring revenue model companies.
- Responsible for maintaining good client relationships which promote retention and loyalty.
- Supporting clients in a proactive manner to ensure their satisfaction with Popular Chips and improve upon areas of dissatisfaction.
