Job Description
Job Scope
- Print resumes
- Arrange interviews (Perm, Contract, Intern)
- Archive resumes
- Assist HR Director and HR Manager with recruitment & selection
- Print and circulate the resumes and to schedule interviews
- Filing
- Training administration
- Support the General Manager in HR planning
- Other ad hoc jobs assigned by supervisor.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Business Studies, with specialization in Business Administration/ HRM is preferred
- Must be resourceful
- Good with Excel and Powerpoint
- Willingness to learn
- Responsible and able to take initiative
