Intern Job Description
Intern, coming on board, need to gain exposure, for their learning and gaining of knowledge. They are requires to:
- Assist in sourcing and managing planned events, entertainment and activities during planning and execution stage
- Coordinate with third party contractors and vendors, for their schedule services
- Coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of planned programmes
- Ensuring that each event’s requirements and deliverables are planned ahead and executed efficiently (e.g. logistics, props, performance requirements and venue set-up, licenses, etc)
- On-site participation and operation works.
- Event ground for the intern, shall be mainly shopping malls, schools, and OUTDOOR long-hours setup.
