Job Scope
- Analyse and improve processes to better move interested delivery agents through the supply acquisition funnel
- Conduct on-site training of the delivery app for interested delivery agents
- Facilitate on site accounts activation
- Assist in development of training materials with the training team
- Assist to plan and execute activities to drive engagement and gather user feedback to improve delivery experience and efficiency
- Explore and liaise for potential partnership with vendors to improve delivery agent experience on the platform
Requirements
- Strong presentation and communication skills; comfortable with public speaking
- Independent and passionate individual, used to a fast paced, dynamic environment
- Great interpersonal capabilities with strong influencing skills, enjoy communicating with people
- Able to drive understanding, give and receive feedback effectively
