Job Description
- Perform administrative works like claims, filing of documents.
- Managing of League Management System
- Creation of Promotion Campaigns/Events
- Assist in promotion and events activities when required
- Assist in sourcing, analyzing costs, prepare breakdowns
- Analyze and review items purchased, costs, delivery, product performance when required
- Preparation of Reports, Proposals, and/ or Contracts when required
- Communicate with Headquarters and customers, develop long term relationship
- Other ad-hoc duties when required
- Required to work on weekends if necessary
