You will go through On-The-Job training programme with our company.
You will undergo an on-the-job training program on retail/merchandising management, with hands on experience in different functions of the company.
- Product Training - product knowledge, selling skills, customer service
- Operations - In-store merchandising, price ticketing, basic store operations, reporting
- Coaching & leadership
Individuals who have completed the training programme and successfully meet the performance standard can look forward to a rewarding career as a Retail Supervisory or Managerial/Product Management position.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in any discipline
- Experience in the retail industry is an added advantage
- Passion in retail, proactive and able to work in a fast-paced and diverse environment
