Pencil Technologies Pte. Ltd. – Graphic Design Intern

For our creative internships:

• We're looking for 3-6 months of commitment, part-time or full-time
• You should be studying, graduated or have on-the-job experience in advertising/design communications
• You should be proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, After Effects would be a plus
• You should have some experience in creating e-commerce designs, with a basic portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
• You should be motivated, meticulous and results-oriented
• You should be excited and ready to work in a fast-paced startup environment

Here's what we commit to interns working with us:

• Real world exposure. Stuff you build is expected to ship. The creative decisions you make will matter to real campaigns. You will be put in front of customers.
• Mini-projects. It's important that you see things through from beginning to end. You'll work on specific tasks and be accountable for figuring out how to do them, and delivering them, over a 3-6 month period.
• Pay like an employee. We believe in paying interns according to the tangible value they bring to the business. In the past, we've seen this to be significant.
• Mentorship. You will most likely get the opportunity to work directly with everyone in the company, but you'll be managed and mentored by one person. They'll be an expert in the field you're interning in.
