Job Description

About the Job

The role is cross-functional and multi-discipline where you’ll be exposed to the ecommerce and logistic sides. You will be actively involved in generating sales orders and follow up on sales leads providing solutions and quotes for customers. You will devise ways to attract customers and work closely with the marketing team providing quality customer service to customers through various channels, such as phone, chat and email on a daily basis.

You will be involved in product content creation and curation as well as website and data management.

The role requires a detail and process oriented person who can prepare necessary documentation and maintain records as well as follow Standard Operating Procedures closely. You will coordinate with logistics to ensure fast and accurate information that impacts the delivery of service to your customers.

Additionally, you will manage day-to-day office administration and operations.

 

Key Skills:

  • Articulate and Fluent in Oral and Written English (Chinese is a plus)
  • Proficient PC, Browser and Internet knowledge
  • Social Media experience such Facebook, Twitter & Instagram
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with Zendesk, Desk or AnyDesk is a plus
  • Customer Service or Sales experience is a plus
  • Focus on improving quality and provide feedback about common problems customers are facing
