Job Description & Responsibilities As an intern in this growing startup, one will have the opportunity to work across different functions at the same time. This will be an integrated-learning program for any intern, where he will get hands-on experiences in different aspects in:
1. Sales – Client side & Business Development side 2. Marketing 3. Operations
Major activities:
• Handling Sales Funnel – Lead Generation to Conversion using online platforms/ network
• Business Development through primary and secondary market research in Singapore
• Supportive role in the transformation of properties
• Supportive role in on-boarding of tenants to our properties
• Content creation for promotion
Requirements
• Good communication skills (verbal & Written)
• Flexible enough to work in off-work hours given this is a startup
• Quick learner, Punctual, Hustler, Multi-task, Ability to manage time
• Traveling involved
