In summary, the Candidate will embark on a fully-sponsored Specialist Diploma in Corporate Secretarial and earn a sign on-bonus of $5000 (terms and conditions apply), while working full time with the Company. The objective of the program is to support candidates interested to embark on a career in the Corporate Secretarial Sector.
The work of corporate secretary involves but are not limited to the following:
- Upating ACRA on
- appointment, resignation of company officers
- changes of directors’ particulars
- Filing of Annual Returns
- Share allotments or transfers
- Changes in company name
- Maintenance and Upkeep of Statutory Registers
- Filing of signed Board Resolutions
- Maintenance of Minutes Book (AGMs and EGMs)
- Preparation of Board Meetings and AGMs
- Monitoring shareholder register and movement of shareholders
