Job Description

This is a dynamic opportunity for passionate marketers to express their experiences, ideas and creativity, for the growth of OUE Restaurants’ portfolio of fine dining and mass-market brands. You will interface regularly with senior managers, customers and key stakeholders. To be successful in this position, you will need to understand customer needs and consumer research insights accurately, have a good & positive way with people, and drive effective marketing strategies thru both traditional and digital marketing channels.

Responsibilities

  • Conceptualising & presenting ideas and implementing comprehensive traditional and digital marketing strategies to generate awareness of our brands
  • Plan and execute creative marketing and PR campaigns, promotional activities and events for launch of new products, advertising and promotions etc.
  • Storytelling & copywriting. Write clear, persuasive, original copy
  • Be in-synch with the trends in digital media
  • Proofread copy to check spelling and grammar
  • Brainstorm, ideate and lead the implementation of new content angles / lead generation growth hacks (websites, social media, media, portals, menu, artworks)
  • Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communication
  • Responsibility for brand management and corporate identity
  • Coordinating internal marketing communications
  • Work directly with the food and beverage ops teams on mechanics to drive covers and support revenue generation
  • Liaise with our appointed agencies to communicate and deliver a synergised message for our brands
  • Maintain promotional materials and assets inventory

Qualifications

Requirements

  • Degree in English, Journalism, Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in writing & copywriting, bonus if in lifestyle or F&B industries.
  • Proven experience in marketing campaigns, promotions and PR for F&B concepts (MNC brands preferred)
  • Great attention to detail
  • Able to multi-task and manage tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent interpersonal relationship skills and possess strong EQ
  • Mastery of the English language, with a double degree in wit and humour.
  • Is kept up-to-date in pop culture and trends
  • Being a foodie is a plus
