Sales Manager / Sales Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Managing organizational sales, revenue, cost and expense controls.
- Propose engineer solutions to meet client requirements.
- Set sales policy & strategy
- Meeting planned sales goals.
- Manage & delegate all sales lead
- Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
- Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
- Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
- Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.
- The ongoing training of your salespeople.
- Developing your sales team through motivation, counselling, and product knowledge education.
- Promoting the organization and products.
- Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.
Sales Manager Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma qualification.
- Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in engineering &/or design.
- Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies, customer relationship management, managing and directing a sales team.
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
- Dedication to providing great customer service.
- Able to demonstrate leadership & responsibility
- Ability to lead a sales team.
- Proficient in both written and oral in English.
